It's national blueberry month so we are dedicating today's blog to this berry's unending greatness!

We love our berries at BUTI. For real, we are ALWAYS snacking on berries and for good reason: Blueberries are packed with antioxidants that directly effect the glow of your skin, your immune health, and protect against cancer!

July is ol' blue's time to shine and peak season for the freshest berries to find in your local super market! Blueberries taste their VERY best right now so this is the time to stock up up on them while their antioxidants and nutrients are still fresh this time of year. SNACK SMART by adding these to your daily diet today!

Try our simple smoothie recipe:

Creamy Blueberry Bliss 

1 cup organic blueberries
1 cup vanilla coconut yogurt (we love SoDelicious)
1 T raw honey (optional)
3/4 cup ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Enjoy with friends by a pool! :)
*for a protein shake simply add 1 scoop Vega Sport Protein Powder (Vanilla)
